Heritage Terrace Refurbishment & Contemporary Rear Extension

This project involved the refurbishment of a traditional terraced heritage property, alongside the construction of a contemporary rear extension designed to complement the existing building. The extension features a living sedum roof, enhancing the building’s sustainability while blending naturally with the surrounding environment.

Internal refurbishment works were also undertaken to upgrade and refresh the living spaces, carefully balancing modern functionality with the preservation of the property’s original character.
